NO BS
Confidential, prepared for Snowflake

Open the senior data and AI rooms Snowflake needs across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam

A twelve-month program to open $4.7M of net-new enterprise pipeline for Snowflake across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam.

Snowflake is already winning in APAC. What the APJ commercial team may not have is a dedicated engine that puts senior data and AI leaders in a room before a rep ever gets a meeting.

Every platform vendor selling into the same CDO and CIO runs the identical outbound playbook: AI-written InMails, webinar invites, conference booths. It doesn't land. A peer-led room does.

NO BS is that engine. We convene senior data and AI leaders on the agentic-enterprise agenda, timed around Snowflake's own World Tour stops, PR and partner collabs to multiply reach, then convert them into named pipeline. For your APAC number specifically, this is a dedicated lane of net-new enterprise pipeline that doesn't depend on inbound or partner referral.

The program at a glance

What you get

Target list. Named data and AI leaders, director and above, at 5,000+ employee firms across the priority markets.

The access. Senior, in-person sessions co-led by Snowflake and NO BS, built around the agentic-enterprise and AI Data Cloud agenda.

Meetings. Qualified 1-on-1s, tracked by name and stage in your CRM.

Reporting. A live dashboard of all activity, plus weekly progress meetings.

Why it works

Warm start. We already run this exact senior enterprise and technical-buyer motion regularly, so we hit the ground running.

The model. Give before you take: senior access peers can't reach on their own.

Validated. Proven with senior enterprise and technology leaders across the region, see the proof.

Conversion. 70% of participants to 1-on-1s; 40% of those to CRM opportunities.

Scale. ~4,800+ senior data and AI leaders across the six priority markets.

Why it's low risk

Cost. $6K per month for twelve months, a predictable, defined line item.

Payback. Snowflake grows on consumption, so first-year ACV is the floor. The six projected new customers are ~$900k in signed first-year ACV, 12.5× the $72k first-year fee, before any consumption expansion.

Phased. Priority markets first, expandable across the wider region once proven.

Transparent. Every name, stage and week visible, nothing in a black box.

Recommended next step: a deeper conversation with the NO BS team to shape the program around Snowflake's priority accounts, sectors and the agentic-enterprise story across the six markets. Email us at yuri@nobs.asia to set up a meeting.

Snowflake has the platform. The growth is in the rooms where the data-platform decision actually gets made.

A data-platform decision is wide and slow: CDO or CIO sets direction, VP Data sponsors, Directors evaluate and pilot. The net-new growth sits with that senior population, and it only opens up in a room they actually want to be in.

Those relationships are exactly what a regional commercial team, covering six markets and a full pipeline target, rarely has time to build. Every AI Data Cloud competitor is chasing the same CDO with the same story.

Why are these rooms hard to reach?

Every platform vendor is chasing the same CDO

Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift and every systems integrator between them are running the identical outbound playbook at the same senior buyer. Another sequence does not land.

The AI pitch is loud, and everyone's making it

Every vendor now claims to be the "agentic enterprise" platform. A deck or a webinar doesn't cut through that noise; a real conversation with a peer does.

A regional team can't also run a senior-relationship program

Building senior data and AI relationships across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam, week after week, takes dedicated time and local senior networks a quota-carrying commercial team rarely has to spare.

The data-platform decision is made in rooms that cold outreach struggles to enter. Convening and converting those CDO and CIO rooms across APAC is what we do, alongside your commercial team.

Give before you take.

Behind every senior enterprise technology deal that closes in this region is a high-level peer-to-peer relationship. You can't build that relationship by making asks, you need to offer something of value first.

1

Spearfish in a small elite pond, not hit-and-hope

Decision making in APAC is top heavy. A dozen of the right people in an intimate setting beats a thousand badge scans.

2

Reach out like a peer

A real message from a real peer, about something they care about. Not InMail, not AI-slop emails, definitely not cold calls.

3

Ride Snowflake's own momentum

World Tour stops, product launches, PR moments and partner collabs are built-in credibility. Time the room around them, and the invite carries Snowflake's own momentum, not a cold ask.

4

Offer something they want, not something you want to give

A real conversation on real issues with real peers. Not whitepapers, webinars or demos.

5

Share your point of view

Project credibility through your point of view, told through stories, experience and insight. No slide decks.

6

Earn the 1-on-1, never demand it

You've built credibility, authority and goodwill before your ask. The follow-up is more organic and more to-the-point because they already know and respect your point of view.

→
The ask doesn't feel heavy. People agree to a follow-up meeting because they appreciate your authentic and credible point of view and want to continue the conversation.

This isn't theoretical. We convene the exact senior rooms, then convert them.

Our playbook is seat-agnostic: convene the senior people you need to reach into a room they actually want to be in, then convert. Here is that motion working across clients, industries and geographies, including with founders and CTOs on a technical product. It is the same motion we would run for Snowflake with senior data and AI leaders.

The ICP in the room: senior leaders (director and above) from named target companies. The mechanic, convene the exact seat you need, then convert, is identical whatever the title on the badge.

Why it maps to Snowflake: same motion, different seat. We put a curated senior group in a room they wanted to be in, on a topic they cared about, then converted. It is the identical play we would run to open Snowflake's pipeline with CDOs, CIOs and data leaders across your priority markets.

In the room: peers across consumer brands, platforms and agencies.

One lunch, 9 senior leaders in the room, and a funnel that actually moved: 70% into 1-on-1 meetings, 40% of those into CRM opportunities. We've proven this model across clients, industries, geographies and ICPs, and it's exactly how we'd open the six priority markets for Snowflake.

Your buyers: senior data and AI leaders at 5,000+ employee firms across six priority markets.

One buyer group drives the data-platform decision: data and AI leaders. We size them across three seniority bands, at firms with 5,000+ employees. The C-suite (CDO, Chief Data & AI Officer, CIO, CTO) sets the strategy and owns the platform call. VP Data & Analytics leaders scope and sponsor the move. Directors and Heads of Data evaluate, pilot and recommend. Non-overlapping bands, so they sum cleanly.

This is the senior market that decides the data-platform spend across the priority countries. We don't spray and pray. We work it in sequence, senior first, tier by tier and account by account.

Methodology. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, September 2026. Current-title match, three non-overlapping seniority bands: C-suite, VP and Director/Head. Company size = 5,000+ employees, so this is the large-enterprise slice, not the whole long tail. Cells shown as a plain number are exact Sales Navigator counts; cells shown with a "+" are where LinkedIn caps the live display (the Director band), so read those as floors. Japan, Korea, China, Australia and New Zealand are out of scope here, sequenced separately once the priority-market motion is proven. Named, de-duplicated target lists per market are built on kickoff.

Priority markets. Priority 1: Singapore and Malaysia. Priority 2: Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. We open Priority 1 first, prove the motion, then roll into Priority 2, and, once proven, the wider region.

Where we'd start, and how fast.

The ICP puts a real number on it: roughly 4,800 senior data and AI leaders across six priority markets, at 5,000+ employee firms. Here is the sequence.

How we'd phase it across 12 months

Phase 1 (0-3 months): Singapore & Malaysia, the deepest and most accessible senior pool.

Phase 2 (3-8 months): Kick off Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam as a second wave.

Phase 3 (8-12 months): Deepen the priority markets and expand the named account list as results land.

Within each phase, the motion:

  1. Find the right peopleBuild the named target list from the ICP: the exact data and AI leaders worth a room, at 5,000+ employee firms.
  2. Reach out like a peerReal messages from real people to the few who matter, not a sequence tool running on its own.
  3. Convene the roomSmall, senior, co-hosted sessions on the topics they care about, the agentic enterprise, data readiness for AI, and Cortex, the kind of room they actually want to be in.
  4. Earn the 1-on-1Every room converts into named 1-on-1s, and we sit in every meeting that matters.
  5. Live trackingDashboards on activity, conversion and deal progression in your CRM, so you always see the pipeline.
  6. Weekly updates with usA standing weekly check-in where we walk the numbers together and agree the next moves.
Quick results, run by operators, fully accountable. Every name, number and stage is visible in real time, so you always know what's working. A disciplined, data-driven motion, not a black box.

What the program is worth, in your terms.

NO BS takes full accountability for the top of this funnel. The defaults below reflect what we typically see, but move the sliders to your own numbers to get a real view of what this NO BS x Snowflake collaboration could produce.

Signed first-year ACV
Snowflake grows on consumption, so first-year ACV is the floor, not the ceiling. On the default numbers, the six projected new customers are $900k in signed first-year ACV (6 × $150k), roughly 12.5× the $72k first-year program fee, and that is before accounts expand on consumption from there.

Default sliders reflect our working estimate over 12 months: 12 rooms × 8 senior data and AI leaders is about 96 reached, 80% to a real 1-on-1 (77), 40% of those to a sales opportunity (31), about a 20% win rate on close (6). At a $150,000 average landed ACV that is $4.7M in pipeline and $900k of signed first-year ACV, roughly 12.5× the $72k in first-year fees, before any consumption-based account expansion. Move the sliders to your own numbers.
